The megalithic complex of Pinako

Under barrow (underground) dolmen in Tolosa (lined with special masonry stones) with a dromos (an underground passage gallery). The unique megalithic complex. Possible ancient solar Observatory. And – complete collapse. Almost nothing has been preserved. At first the robbers is a long time. In our time the place of the mound needed for farming activities. The mound began to pull apart by bulldozers, to shred the roads. And then began the excavation. Tuapse district, river valley Pshenaho.About a kilometer up the valley Pshenaho from the village of Anastasievka on the right orographic Bank is one of the most unique megalithic structures in the Caucasus. Mysterious dragon houses of Evia

Very interesting archaeological wonder is located in southern Evia . this 25 famous huge constructions called Drakospita (‘dragon house’). They are always located on steep slopes, towering above the terrain and is built of huge limestone blocks with pyramidal roof: the opposite walls converge, and the boards stacked on top of each other, each of which protrudes over the lower. Among other architectural features – monolithic jambs and lintels and projecting stone shelves from the walls.

There are many theories that explain who, when, how and why they built the dragon dwelling. Some claim that this ancient sanctuary of Zeus, Hera or Hercules. Others believe that it could be guard posts or protective facilities, and even shelters for lumberjacks. Whatever the truth, their Grand size and method of construction constitute an amazing mystery!

Most impressive of all the dragon houses of Evia is the structure located on mount Ochi at a height of 1389 metres, just above the village of Karystos. The amazing thing is that they have not used any of the connecting material, and a huge plate decorated with a decorative carving and fit exactly to each other. Continue reading

Mysterious hemisphere in Yakutia

In northwestern Yakutia in the Upper Vilyui river stretches difficult terrain with traces of some grandiose cataclysms: a continuous fall of the old forest, and scattered all around rubble stretching for hundreds of kilometers. On this terrain deep under the ground are unknown metal objects. Their presence is manifested on the surface only spots bizarre vegetation, and these spots are a great danger to people. The ancient name of the area – Eluu Cherkekh (“death Valley”).

Some mysterious objects in the area are found on the surface.

One of them is a small, slightly flattened metal arch, which has some metal chambers in which even in the bitter cold warm. In ancient times, some hunters spent the night in the cells, but then got sick really bad. If spent several nights in a row, then soon died.

The elders forbade the people to go there, and this place was forgotten. Another mysterious object discovered by a geologist in 1936, is a protruding from the earth smooth metal hemisphere with a very smooth edge.

Metal color – reddish, the wall thickness is about two centimeters.
